Some comments on your listings:
You published two listings. They are about the same house.
Listing 1 is offering the whole house, listing two seems to offer a room in same house ?
Listing two is not setup correctly, as its says "private room" , but still offers the whole house .
You need to offer 1 room in each listing, with shared use of common spaces.
Also the price for a "room" is lower then price for the whole house ( and price is the same for 1 or 5 guests staying) !
The listings do not have a proper description, only saying:
"Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun."
The max. guests count must match amount of sleeping places.
Now it says: 5 guests, 2 beds
You need add the options/captions to the photos, then the "where you sleep"section willb e added to the listing(s)
Do not forget to link calenders to prevent double bookings when offering whole house and individual rooms, more to read:
