Go to your Calendar and review your Availability Settings. If you have a minimum stay of 2 nights or more, temporarily change it to 1 night so the guest’s booking can go through without issues. Once the guest has successfully completed the booking, you can revert your settings back to your original minimum-night requirement.
Please provide more details about "what is not allowed"
- sending a special offer not allowed ?
- selecting the dates not allowed ?
- or ?
A special offer can only be sent to an inquiring guest or to a guest which a denied (or expired) booking request, both by using the "special offer" button.
