Hello

i I haven’t had a booking for my air

BnB in over 2 months but have had several on other platforms. I can’t work out why?

I did not see anything unusual on your listing.

It is also in the search system (I checked)

1 minor detail:

bed in the livingroom seems to me a sofabed (caption at livingroom photo says: 2 queen beds, 2 single beds)

I suggest to view your statistics (amount of views) and also check in the search system which compatitors are in your area.

@Sharyn72  Certain destinations will be more Airbnb centric, Vrbo centric and Booking dot com.   It may just be that you are getting bookings from other platforms because that is the platform that is popular with your area.  

I have a home in Mexico and have had for 8 years.  I can count on one hand how many bookings I have had through VRBO for that listing.  Airbnb is very popular in Mexico and that is where all my bookings for that listing come from,   VRBO not so much.

The guest crowd is also a little different amongst the platforms.  VRBO crowd tends to be more mature, has a little more money to spend and book their stays many months in advance. The VRBO guest is also very family centric and book larger spaces for multi generational stays.   The Airbnb crowd is much younger, more frugal and will book the morning of the stay.
