Has anyone had any luck getting a response from Brian Lesky via email? I have had the poorest experience with their ambassadors and specialty team support. I work as a customer support specialist with a global company myself, and I cannot fathom how this is an acceptable process for customers and hosts. I can only imagine that the CEO is unaware of what is actually going on with their support team and decision process, as it does not align with airbnb‘s good faith terms as far as transparency and reasonable decisions. At least I hope this is the case and I really need his help. Thank you.
