To snooze, block or set much higher price: impact of algorithm

I need to stay in my own unit for a month (the unit has been booked every single day for almost 2 months) so my question is basically which one is better for the algorithm? To snooze, block or set much higher price?

Regarding the much higher price (100% increase), this is because it will be extremely unlikely to have a booking with those prices, in the miracle event that happens, it's obviously ok I can leave the unit for that/those day/s.

Any tips, thoughts or suggestions,  are greatly appreciated, thanks so much!

Hi @Diego-Alejandro18

The algorithm won't see recent reviews (which is what it likes to see), regardless of which option you choose. So I don't think it makes any difference, but let's see if others agree.

I wouldn't worry too much, as it's only for a month.

I just use the block feature.

The only problem with higher price is a possibility of having to Decline a request
