CCTV outside and delisted

AirBNB delisted us for having a CCTV camera in an OUTSIDE hallway facing the stairs.  Disgusted with their customer service.  They did not even ask for more info about the camera.  Treated us like dog ******e after being a super host for years.  Going to do a youtube video to warn others.

@Sheldon79  Sorry to hear this.  Did you have outdoor cameras included in your listing?  Sounds like maybe a guest reported you? 

If you do have cameras outside which are not prohibited as long as they are not pointed to private spaces and are fully disclosed in your listing such as location, when they record, how they record.

If they were disclosed in your listing and you want to get your listing relisted you will have to contact them, repeatedly,  to get that to happen.
