Just gone to check on Safari and Chrome and like you have this error message. On Chrome I have "about:blank" showing up in the search bar and then when I click up on the bar it says that the access to Airbnb is not secure! What's that about??
So I have discovered I can access the Help Center from the Host Menu in the App.
I still cannot access the Help center on the desktop in the Host Menu.
I can access the Help Center on the desktop by scrolling to the bottom of the Today Page under Support/Help Center:

Still showing error message when I go through the host dashboard I'm afraid be it via Chrome or Safari. I'm a Mac user.
No issue when I'm using my iPhone though to get through to the Help Center

I've just gone to check and am sorry to report that I still can't access the Help Center via my host dashboard either via Safari or Chrome Emilie
Still can't access the Help Center on the Top Host Menu on the desktop Chrome or Safari.
Interestingly, I can access the Help Center in the Top Menu on the Traveling Side on the Desktop? 🤔

Apologies for my delayed response! The team has asked if one of you could share a video recording of being unable to access the Help Center via your host menu on desktop, using any browser but Safari if possible. Let me know if this is something you've got a sec to grab for them. 🙂

I've just tried again to use the Help Center from my host account because I have a serious issue - I received a trip request from a returning guest but received no Airbnb sound, no message and no email telling me of this trip request😱 Yes, all the notifications are switched to ON.
I opened up my dates for them specifically this morning as we had arranged that they would send me the trip request for their dates so I knew that I would be getting this reservation before a set time. I went to check my messages and lo and behold there was their trip request!.
So it's been three quarters of an hour and still nothing from Airbnb to tell me of this new reservation! Am I the only one?
PS. I've accessed the Help Center by going through Airbnb's help link instead
@Joelle43 Do you have a 'Google drive' or perhaps 'WeTransfer' that you can upload the recording to and share the link with me? That would be the easiest way in this case I think!
I hope you hear back soon from the Support team about this trip request, let us know what they find 🔍
