Can't Change check in / check out days of the week for specific dates.

I'm having terrible trouble with the New Summer Release update, Because now the ruleset feature doesn't apply to me as I have only one listing, and now with the new summer 2023 release you need 6 listings to be able to use this feature!! Unbelievable! Is there another way to select specific dates for specific check in and out days of the week? This is vital for me to know!

I found now where you can have minimum nights for specific dates but no check in or out options! Somebody please help!

I have called a couple times about this and was told there is no way to accomplish this. I wanted to set up weekly rentals for summer with Sat to Sat bookings and 2 night minimum remainder of year with check in any day of week. There is no way to do it without limiting my future bookings to a Sat check in for now until closer to fall and then switching it then to open up more bookings. I landed on three night minimum for summer snd 2 night for remainder of year so I could get some bookings.

I did put in request to Airbnb to make this possible in future update.

Thank you🙂  I have messaged Airbnb also now. It's a massive flaw in their new system and will be a detrimental hit to many peoples businesses. My rental business being my lively hood this is a massive set back as I'm sure you'll agree! So if anyone finds a way please share! And if not please complain to Airbnb about this. This cannot be a permanent issue!

@Julie5196 Do you have pro tools switched on in your account?

I’m not sure…I’ll look into this. I’m a new host so still plenty to learn I’m sure.

Hi @Julie5196 ,

Did you happen to further check if you had enabled the pro tools for your account?

yes, I was able to find how to turn it on. Thank you!

This is a big concern which will significantly impact Host flexibility and ability to maximize revenue. Why did AIRBNB make this change??

@Shaun487 I use rulesets with 3 properties. Where do you get the 6 property requirement from? If it is in the help text just ignore it as it is wrong

Ok, thank you for replying. It is written in their help center here https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/2062

Quoting "Hosts with 6 or more listings have access to features that allow them to create and edit rule-sets." Even if that isn't so in your case it has been removed for me.

@Mike-And-Jane0 Oh my god you're right! I do have pro tools on but I never look at this calendar as it has never been useful to me only having one property. Still annoying they have taken it away from what I call the main calendar though. But thank you!😊 I don't know what they mean then by 6 listings?

I was able to find it and turn it on and see how to accomplish this now. Thank you!
