Can’t submit new experience bug(?)

I’ve gone through the whole process and i am at the last step. i’ve checked carefully that everything is checked off. there’s a “submit” button at the end that’s supposed to turn black but is grey and can’t be pressed. 

how do i fix this so i can host?

Greetings, I am having the same issue as Anna and have been continuously reloading the page as well as exiting and re-entering it to no appease. How do I fix this if anyone knows, as the rest of the process was pretty smooth and easy, its just the submit button.

Dear Customer Service,
answer of this kind is highly unhelpful. Direct answer explaining that it is just a bug would already be helpful.
