To any Canadians hosing in the USA or any USA hosts who are accountants with authorization authority.

I am (almost) a new host with a condo in Myrtle Beach. The only real issue I am having is on obtaining a ITIN US tax number.

Started filling in the W7, and with AirBnB suggestion a W-8-BEN, but get lost in the instructions as I don’t feel like I do not fall into the circumstances described.

I have tried to contact several accountants in Myrtle Beach but have not received a call back.
