Change of minimum nights for specific dates

Hello, I need help with one thing. In fact, my question is whether it is possible to oblige guests to e.g. minimum 4 nights, but only in a certain period, specific dates (New Years)?

Absolutely - You can set how many nights are required when you set the pricing, and you can do it for a specific time frame, certain days of the week, certain seasons, whatever.  Its very simple to set up. I use the option a lot during our peak seasons when the Ironman is in town, or the film festival, etc.

You can set custom trip length for specific dates on the regular calendar; right side panel under Availability. You can also turn on Pro Tools and create a rule set with a 4night minimum and apply to specific dates:
