Hi all.
I have a 3-bedroom, 2 full bath home in Fort Pierce, FL in Indian River Estates and do not seem to be getting any action. It has a inground pool and sleeps 8. It is in Indian River Estates.
Any suggestions how to get more reservations would be very helpful.

Hi Bonnie:
Pricing aside, is there anything unique about your listing that you could highlight in the title of your listing? Do you have any environmentally friendly features that may appeal to that demographic? Are you photos selling the beauty and functionality of your property? Do you have daytime AND nighttime photos?
Here's a big one... Do you have a flexible cancellation policy? People will book if they feel comfortable knowing that if they have an emergency and need to cancel they can. It cuts both ways but it may be the clincher!
In a nutshell, think about the things that sets your property apart from others, and feature them!
Best of luck with attracting quality guests!

When did you start hosting?
To get better help from our host community, I recommend requesting a listing critique. This will help you understand why you're not receiving bookings.
