Check-In instructions not always being received by guests

Our check-in instructions with photos are not always being sent to guests prior to arrival.
NOTE i am not talking about scheduled messages.
I am talking about the check in instructions.
It seems that with scheduled messages we can only insert check in method. Not check-in instructions. 
Can anyone please help me with how we can ensure guest receive the check-in instructions?
I have asked so many times on the support messages but seem to hit a brick wall. I keep getting sent a link

to schedule messages. I already tried this.

Hi @Andrew2889 !

 

This is a great feature but many guests don't know where to find Check-in instructions on their phone in the App. It's kinda hard to find. For Guests it is under their Trips Tab/Show More Trip Details. 

 

However, you actually can create a link to the checkin instructions on their phone (kinda a work-around) and send the link to them in a message. I can't take credit for figuring this one out ...saw it on YouTube. We send the link to the instructions in our Check-In message, but many still do not click the link to go to the instructions you have so carefully setup 😕. Here is how to setup the link. Create a URL:

 

https://www.airbnb.com/reservation/check-in-guide/propertyID

 

Just add your property ID at the end (of course be sure you have it setup on the app). Then paste the link in a message and it will take them right to your checkin instructions on the app (be sure to test it first) 😊

There are 3 different scheduled messages- booking rule acknowledgment, checking in, checking out. 

go to inbox, settings, scheduled messages to set up.
