Check-in instructions with photos

Hello, 

Does anyone know why for check in instructions you can only see pictures uploaded with how to get inside on the app and not on a computer? For people checking in for self check in they need to see the pictures, but it won't show up unless they are on the app (this is both for the host and the guest).

@Lucia49 Perhaps there is an assumption by AirBnB that the guest is using a handheld device and the App while trying to access the property.

Are you saying that the pictures are not available if they are using a handheld device and a browser like Chrome or Safari -- (NOT the App) ?

The pictures are not available if a guest or host is on a desktop or laptop computer. But if you use the app, then you can see the photos of check in. Is there something that I am not seeing on the computer where you can upload and see the photos for check-in?

I have the same quesetion.  I do stuff on my Mac, not my iphone.  Must be thousands of guests like me that need instructions plus photos, and don't do this on their teeny phones (iphone 12 mini).  

    Also, when I try to print "all", i only get the first page--and that does not include the instructions.  (Yeahl  You can tell  I'm old and a techy twit).  Thanks  Sharon
