I have check in set up for 3pm and i had some guest just show up without notice trying to get in the airbnb, what can we do for these situations?

I ask roughly what time they plan to arrive @Janemarie0 

Most of the time it helps me to identify when guests are hoping to arrive before check-in time, so I can manage expectations in advance.

I ask all guests to confirm their check in time - reminding them of my check in times @Janemarie0
