Co Host Fee Set Up

Hi all,

For the life of me I can't figure out how to EXCLUDE the cleaning fee from my Co Host's payout calculation.

I want to pay my cohost a % of the room fee, less ABB 3%. I don't want to pay a percentage of the cleaning fee to my cohost.

Can some one help me out?

Hey Geoffery,
Can you please advise how you did this? I am trying to figure out how to pay out our co-host before the cleaning fee is added as they invoice us separately for the cleaning following the check out. I cannot find anything online and have been searching through alot of articles! Cheers!

Hey Sarah

I'm paying the cohost 20% fee on the total room cost less the ABNB fee.

To edit this on PC see below.

Go to hosting

drop down menu top right select LISTING

select the listing you wish to edit

in the LISTING EDITOR on left column scroll down to co-hosts

select cohost in question

on the right scroll down to PAYOUTS

Select ONLY either PERCENTAGE or FIXED amount.

I use a percentage. 20% And I've just double checked the calculation as it was a while ago.

The cohost receives their percentage payment calculated on the room fee less the  ABNB fee.

eg 

2 nights room fee

$380.00

Cleaning fee

$100.00

Deductions

Host service fee (3.0% + VAT)

−$15.84

Co-host payout

−$72.83

$380 -$15.84 = $364.16 

20% = $72.83
