Co-Host Salary

Hello there, we would like to bring on a co-host to help with messaging with guest, but are unsure how much to pay them. How do you all set a salary for your co-host team?

You normally set up a % based on services they are providing @Terrie-Ann-And-Thomas0 

 

@The cohost should provide you with a contract specifying contract terms etc.
