Hi @Alex 

hope you can help me out with one more thing?

Francine who booked the airbnb did not stay at the Bijou.  It was booked for her daughter.

I was told that I couldn´t write a review because Francine never stayed here and conversely she could not write a review on the Bijou, 

Hoping this still stands as there were conveyed to me that she saw maggots at one point.  NOT True... I have lived here for 4 years and Airbnb for the last 2 years with another but great reviews.

Please see the archival correspondence. Did everything to please the guest I never met (reached out many times)

Require some assistance in terms of what to do.
