Review on your first listing your Review Categories.  Some of the dings are significant I think one rated 4.2.  

A lot of that can be addressed by being more descriptive in your listing of what to expect.  All positive though. Haha  Easy access to the highway to see what ever people want to see. lol

Use the Airbnb New Listing Discount it really encourages the first three guests.

Review your amentias. average listing has about 30 amenities include everything you offer.
