Co-host experience fatal error

I'm the primary host of an experience that I have had active for over two and a half years.

Prior to 4 months ago I had no problem adding co-hosts.

Since the co-hosts drive vehicles we have to submit their license and their insurance information however for the past FOUR MONTHS we have been unable to add any co-hosts because we we attempt to upload their needed documents we receive the following error.

"*Something went wrong*

Unfortunately a server error prevented your request from being completed.  Airbnb may be undergoing maintenance or your connection may have timed out. Please refresh the page and try again.

I have reported this issue no less then 10 times to customer service and have repeatedly asked them to NOT CLOSE OUT THE ISSUE.  However for whatever reason they say they are sending the issue off to the appropriate department and the issue still remains.

Help PLEASE 🥺😭

I'm trying to expand my business and hire more people and for 4 months have been unable to.

Thanks 🙏 in advance

I hope this problem is resolved. It's clearly terribly frustrating. If you'd like to work with a remote co-host, let's talk.

Thanks,

Tamara

@Helen3 with the advent of driverless cars I think Tamara could do just fine as a remote co-host and there would be no issues with driving licences.

No it has not been resolved 😞

@Christopher1767 I think part of your issue Chris is that Airbnb have stopped supporting ' experiences' possibly four months ago . Maybe that is the question you need to ask? .. H
