Hello,
A few days ago, I came across the Co-Host Network and became genuinely interested in joining. Several years ago, I briefly worked as a Superhost Ambassador for Airbnb Korea, which allowed me to support new hosts in my community while earning a small additional income. This experience made me confident that I could contribute meaningfully to the Co-Host Network.
However, my application has been repeatedly declined, stating that I do not meet the eligibility requirements. After speaking with a customer service representative and reviewing the listed criteria, we found that I meet all the necessary qualifications. I even followed up with the team via email and was told that my account is currently under investigation .
This makes me wonder — are there additional, unpublished criteria beyond what has been officially shared? I’ve maintained my Superhost status for over five years, and I find it hard to imagine stronger qualifications.
The wait is becoming quite discouraging, so I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced a similar situation — how long did it take to get approved?

yes, finally they replied. 😄
There are already many members in the co-host network in my area, so I’ve been placed on the waiting list.
I don't have experience with your situation. I think majority of Hosts can express to you a few days is not a long wait time in Airbnb Time. Sorry, but I think a little more patience will be required for a response.
Thanks for your comment!
Yeah, I’m just waiting for their reply.
But honestly, as I try to wait patiently, I can’t help but wonder if I should follow up — maybe they need more documents or information? 😂
*Sorry if it sounds weird — using a translator.
Sounds fine. My golden rule when I deal with Airbnb Customer Support is too much information tends to cause me stupid issues with them. If you meet the criteria it is probably a computer error and somebody just has to push a button lol. Don't distract them reading things they don't need Haha
They asked me to verify my identity again, even though I told them I’ve completed the verification process several times since 2019. As a result, I was placed on the co-host network waiting list! 😅 I still don’t know why the review took so long.
Are you sure Airbnb offer their cohost service in Korea - it only operates in a small number of countries @Felix720
