Hello @Princess105 

The link has been removed in line with the guidelines for this forum but to answer your question, you must ensure that any payment/partial payment goes through Airbnb and certainly not a third party.

Always a good idea to check recent reviews for the property and don't hesitate to contact the host using the "message host" button.  

A safe bet is to choose listings where the host has Super host status and/or has been selected as a "Guest favorite"
