Hi there. I am currently hosting a house in plantation Florida. And I think my guests is having a gathering in the house. Our...
I just started hosting and our season is almost here. I am looking for any advice on my listing that may make it more attractive. Do I have too much information? Not enough? Anything would be helpful. The unit is located in Garden City Beach, SC. I have added a link to the listing. Hope I did it right! LOL

Buongiorno @Deb5175 ,
I took a quick look at your listing and it seems to me that you could improve your photos, here are some tips on how to best photograph your home:
hope it helps
Andrea
P.S. you posted a link to the wishlist not the link of your listing 🤔
Thank you Andrea. We fixed the link and I am going to update my photos. My first review (and only review) mentioned that the place was "even nicer than the pictures".
Thank you. I have a photographer meeting me on Tuesday to do pictures. 🙂
Hello @Deb5175 👋
Congratulations on your listing and a huge welcome to the Community Center! It's wonderful to have you here with us.
I hope you don't mind, I added a photo and updated the link to your listing on your post - as @Andrea6232 said (thank you!), you had shared your wishlist!
I'm hoping that with easier access, more hosts will pop by and support you with constructive and helpful feedback. I'd also like to tag some experienced hosts who may be able to pop by and share their feedback - @Rose422, @Nash-Cottages-LLC0 and @Angela3583. - what do you think to this brand new listing from @Deb5175?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for updating and putting in the proper link. 🙂 I will figure out Airbnb soon... I hope. lol And that would be great if you shared the listing with any and all experienced hosts. I appreciate it.
Deb
@Rebecca Thanks for the tag.
@Deb5175 Hi there and welcome to the community!
I can't wait to see the photos that the photographer takes and you are able to post. Your place looks lovely. I would suggest that you change out the first photo to a beach or that sun over the balcony as your first photo to gather a bit more clicks. You can easily move the photos around.
I'd also suggest responding to the first review. When you do, it will be public to any other potential guest.
Information seems good to me and th link worked so whatever you did to fix it worked!
Looking forward to seeing your updates.
Judy
Lovely spot
I did respond to the great review that was left. I wonder why it didn't post. I will check that out tomorrow and I will repost with new photos as soon as we can coordinate with the photographer. 🙂
