Hi I’m Ardi. New host in Airbnb. Can you take a look at my listing and offer some suggestions to improve it and increase my bookings.

@Ardi248 It looks like you've only used the 'listing description" area, which is limited to 500 characters. When you go into your listing as a host, go to Listing Basics and then Edit Listing. Underneath the area that you've used, you should have access to an area called "The Space."
Use that area to describe your listing in detail. Anything that you want guests to know, put that in there. There isn't a character limit as far as I know, but don't make it excessively long or guests won't read it. Use that area to describe your house in words.
And definitely use the photo captions. Right now, all guests see is pictures, but they really have no idea how your house is set up, which bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, what size beds are in each bedroom, what floor of the house they are on, etc.
Good luck!
Ciao @Ardi248 ,
beautiful villa, congratulations!
The first thing that comes to my mind to suggest is to add captions to the photos and maybe a more detailed description 😀

@Ardi248 Your home is spectacular! The exterior, interior and the terrace. You have a great review too. I would want to stay there someday. Your description is done well.
