Thanks for the request. I have made a few comments about your listing as suggestions for you.

1. I am a little confused about the listing that you seek feedback on.. but I assume that the 4 places listed are each looking for suggestions to improve visibility and bookings....

2. Each has only 4 - 6 photographs to attract potential guest... to me, these alone do not "paint the  picture" of what the guest may expect to find. What is not clear is what I would have included in my stay... is each room just a bed? What are the shared facilities that you mention... What are the immediate grounds that I could used look like? - photo with a phase describing what I am looking at, would be useful to attract my consideration. Use up to 15 or 20 images to better let the guts see what they would be booking.

3. Your words in the description, probably do not do justice to the project that you have built.

You need to "talk up" the location.. what is nearby (show some pics) that would make we want to stay and visit? I think you mention a lake.. How far away? What is there worth visiting ? views? clear water for swimming? activities?...  

What else is around you to make a potential guest book your place as a center for their stay.. village? crafts? cafes? great local coffee? use photos to paint the picture..

4. Are your rates per night competitive with other places to stay locally? Try the discount for the first 3 stays to attract guest and get reviews to help your story unfold.
