Nice place indeed. Photos looking good too. I would start with outdoor house photo (like the one 3rd from the last one) and then 'walk' the visitor to the living room > kitchen > bedroom(s) > yard (first 5 should be the best) to cause them to look further; then of more inside, backyard and then any cool amenities (BBQ, etc.). No need to show close neighbor and no duplicates showing the same thing. A slice of any room better than wide angles, leaves more to the imagination. Just some thoughts.
The best of luck, we all can use more of it, but your place is nice enough not to need too much of it.
