Hello and HELP!  

My husband and I are new to Air BnB. We only have one booking after 2 months. We are worried......

*Looking for some ideas to make my listing better. We are really excited about this journey and truly hoping for the best.

NOTE: *We do plan on retaking some photos since we added a few pieces of art  in the home and furniture on the deck. We are also replacing the bunk bed with a full-twin trundle and a king sized bed in the master.

Congratulations!  Outstanding property.

You may have but it isn't easy to view, outside seating for my group of 7.  Your pictures focus on 2 chairs, doesn't fit my needs if 7.

Second, you have to set your ad to highlight what is important to your target market.  Possible adult groups because of Mountain Bike activities?  Possible family groups and mountain bike activities for the kids?

Possibly both but the adult group has expensive bikes, I have a bike rack in a secured garage area.  Two couples with 3 or 4 kids I have a few bikes for kid use.  Parents don't want the hassle of packing bikes.

Also,  create Guidebooks that focus on the mountain bike activities and sprinkle keywords spacious lodging family rental General Internet Search Engines will read the Airbnb site if someone uses  trail to search for nearby rental space

Any chance you might consider going from a strict cancellation (48 hour free cancellation period) to a moderate one (free cancellation up to 5 days before)?

This would give your listing a boost by the algorithm as it favours listings that offer flexibility to guests?

I agree with @Marie8425 - you are catering for families or groups and you have a great outdoors but guests can see where they would all sit?  

Your first photo of that beautiful view from the balcony, could you change the angle to show the outside seating/dining area?

Two bathrooms with baths and with the shower curtains drawn each time.  As a guest I would like to see these baths displayed not hidden😉

I love the idea of showcasing the outdoor seating area better! And you're right about the bathrooms... they definitely deserve to be shown off! Do you think @Kim4917  should include more photos of the outdoor space as well?

I agree with the other opinions. In addition, I would add bright pops of color to catch people’s attention and draw their eye to your pages and make them memorable! Definitely have professional photography done!! MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE!

That's a great point! Bright colours can really make a listing stand out. Have you used professional photography for your own place? I’m curious to hear how it worked out for you!
