You could start with the title, I see you have a King bed you need to mention that in the title mainly because guest cannot search on Airbnb for a King bed, It works for me have a look at my listing.
i think in the title you can have 50 words make sure you use them because when guest are window shopping on Airbnb your title is the first thing they see.
