Hello I'm Siri and I just recently opened my space last July 12. I've been learning a lot. I've hosted 5 guests so far and they've all been a delight.
But I would appreciate feedback on my listing from experienced hosts and superhosts.
Thank you so much!

Hi! Congratulations, you’ve obviously done a lot of work. I also agree with cutting down the number of pictures (I would not have more than about 20 for your space) and add captions. In your description and also in pictures I would focus on more of what sets your place apart. To increase your bookings you may want to offer a discount for a few bookings. Good luck!
It's lovely to see you joining in conversations on the Community Center!
I'm tagging @Siri-Angeline0 here so they receive a notification of your message. This ensures that they get a notification that you've replied to them specifically 🤗
Quick tip: if you type "@" and then the username, this will tag the member that you're replying to. I hope this helps to keep the conversation flowing, and if you've got any questions, just ask.
Have a wonderful day! 🌼
You may want to add some pops of color with accessories like pillows, table top, art prints or soft blanket/ throw. Also the dog bowl on the floor might not be needed. Bedroom linens are neutral and plain. You could add some pillows or pillow covers to add color or interesting color patterns. The dining table is very small and the stools may not be comfortable for everyone. May want to use a more detailed description of the space.

Hello @Siri-Angeline0 . Airbnb shares very important tips, especially those that keep guests coming back to your property. They have given me good results.
For your safety, you must keep a periodic inventory of your items susceptible to theft.
It's already been noted that it would be nice to see the exterior building and surroundings, but also if I were looking to stay here, I would want to know what is outside of the curtains. Can a curtain be opened for one of the pics? Is there any type of view of the town or can you see the sky?
@Everyone
Thank you all for your insights and suggestions. I already cut down photos of the interior and will schedule an exterior shoot for the facilities and places to go to.
I appreciate you all. 🙂
Siri,
Thank you for reaching out. Your place looks amazing! I'm not sure what the market is there, so I'm not sure how I can help there. I am a little overwhelmed with the whiteness and as a practical kind of guy the cleaning and maintenance looks daunting. Otherwise it looks like a showcase property and I wish you well.
Hey @David11955 here in the philippines the minimal the design the more drawn guests are. So far cleaning the place is still a breeze. Thankfully I havent encountered messy guests yet. Thank you so much!!
"Welcome, Siri! Your space looks lovely. Perhaps consider adding more detailed descriptions and some cozy photos to attract more guests. Best of luck!" **theapkasphalt.com

I would put captions under photos & I would list area restaurant possibly menus from where you like. I would also put brochures for entertainment! Put what You like in it! Thanks Cindy Robinsnest!
First of all welcome It won't always be enjoyable believe me I have been working with airbnb for 6 years I have seen hundreds of people I am not in a lively mood like the first days the only thing I can tell you is don't trust people and increase your security measures as much as possible
It's not allowing me to view the additional photos. In case you haven't already done so, I would recommend adding pictures of amenities such as the washer & dryer and kitchen (or kitchenette). You may also want to show pictures of the bathroom. You can even add captions to some of your photos.
Thank you @Eric8077 for the suggestion! I am tagging @Siri-Angeline0 here for you so they will get a notification of your message. 😊
Definitely well appointed place. I would love to see daytime shots without all the lights on to know if it gets enough natural light.
Second, I noticed you are 5.0 in most categories besides check-in and cleanliness. Maybe the 4.9 is due to the "bee in the bed" guest, but, in my experience, a 4.9 rating often means you could be doing something better. Focus on those two performance indicators, which are PRE entry issues, and you should be all set.
