I can see happy Guest reviews but also that bookings have decreased and low traffic by the Airbnb computer lowers where you are displayed so yes it is good to notice and try and puh yourself up again. I don't see any serious negatives so i is some unique reason. Ha ha
Use Airbnb Tools that help generate traffic.
Airbnb New Listing Discount for your new listing.
Airbnb Custom Discounts for the other listing. A 20% discount on select days Airbnb markets those days and your listing.
The Airbnb computer aloo measure if Host is active by reading Date Modified for listing. Make updates regularly that require you click Save then the date is updated.
Make sure you turn on Airbnb Professional Mode.
Airbnb will measure and show you Insights of your listings.
Then you can see how often page 1 display.
Views if that is low potential Guests are not clicking. If high but conversions and Wishlist low then for some reason your description is not effective now.
It is good to realize market priorities can change.
I notice Guests speak very highly of location. The as has a brief description at the bottom. Maybe move that higher and look at positive feedback to highlight areas they liked,
Hi @Siri-Angeline0 😊,
Thank you for asking for a critique of your listing!
When did you start hosting?
I'm tagging a few hosts to see what advice they can share with you: @Karen114, @Greystone0, @Oksana127, @Mike-And-Jane0 and @Marie8425,.
Thank you in advance, everyone!
Warm regards 🌻,

@Siri-Angeline0 Very Zen decor love it! I am confused about sleeping 5. You have one bedroom listed with pics of bedroom. Where do the other 3 guests sleep? If you do have another bed it should be shown under "where you will sleep" 4 is probably the max I would put in a 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Your dining set fits 4 comfortably.
I would lead with your first hero photo of pic number 49 with the pool and views in the background. Then go into the space. Pic 2 best shot of Living room, Pic 3 best shot of Kitchen, pic 4 best shot of bathroom and pic 5 an amentie shot of gym. .
Your descriptions are really good- fees included. I would just get clear on the sleeping arrangements as that might be confusing potential guests.

I think your place is absolutely beautiful and would stay there myself! You could probably remove a few pictures but it's not necessary. I think you've thought of just about everything a guest could want. I agree with @Karen114 I don't think 5 people (plus a pet?) would be a good fit. Too many. Other than that, your place is gorgeous!
Best of Luck!
