Nice listing !

My few comments:

Amenities correct ? It says: no heating, no washer, no essentials.

Add the "noparties" setting to the houserules (it is already mentioned in additional rules, but also add the setting to main houserules)

As a new host maybe start with "short term stay" reservations (max 27 nights) .
