@Juan-Jose85  You advertise for 7 guests, but your beds appear to be 2 single beds with one double that would accommodate only 6 guests, and only one bed for a couple to sleep together.  It is also hard to tell from the pictures of the single beds that they have a trundle that can be pulled out for the second guest in that room.  Take pictures with the trundle beds pulled out half-way from under the (top) bed so that people understand your offering.

You also have a picture of the dishes in the apartment -- but there are only 4 shown -- do you have enough dishes for a family of 6-7 to have two meals before having to wash everything?  The dining area also appears to accommodate only 6 persons, with the placemats very close together and only one chair.  Are there enough chairs for 6 people?

You need to go into your listing and populate the rooms information so that people know what to expect.  Best wishes!
