Custom handbook for our home

Hey all,

We're new to Airbnb, and have created a custom handbook for our home. We've printed a QR Code that links to this doc for when our guests arrive. Let me know your thoughts and if you'd include anything else in it that we may not have thought of yet!

Very nice @Ricky210   The only thing I would suggest is to not have them contact you on Whatsapp but use the Airbnb message interface.  I do give my cell in the case of an emergency, Fire, Flood or Blood,  however prefer we communicate on platform. 

I would also include a map link so they have driving directions to your space. As well as emergency numbers and locations of hospitals, Emergency Centers as well as poison control.
