Custom promotion is not working!!!

Hello. Please help me.

Yesterday, Custom promotion was suddenly disabled, even though I meet all the requirements for using it. I also asked my familiar hosts and it turned out that they also do not have access. It seems that this is a general problem and not my fault. I have not received a clear answer from the support so far.

Please let me know if this Custom promotion is blocked with you too? And what can I do? Without this discount, the rental literally does not work and if it does not turn on, I will be forced to close my listing.

Please help me if you have a similar experience.

In the mean time, have you tried just manually lowering prices? You won't get some of the special callouts that Custom Promotions have, but you will get strike through pricing in guest searches and potentially higher placement in search rank with a lowered price.

Once again, thank you very much for your feedback.🙏 I manually entered different prices, for example, a different amount for June 21 and June 30, and a different amount in July. The general price is written as standard. But it does not show the crossed-out price. It shows as if it were the main price.😔

Try searching as a guest in incognito mode and go to the listing and enter dates like you want to book. It should show a callout like:

You can also add a min stay discount like 5% for 4night stay. It will also show when a guest goes to book as "long stay discount"

Be careful using early bird and last minute discounts as they will be added on top of the discount you already entered manually.

Thank you very much.🙏 I have been trying these discounts from time to time and in my experience they do not work. The best was the custom promotion and it was completely disabled and it seems not only with me. I checked with 6 hosts in my country and it is disabled with all of them. Maybe they are working on an update, I don't know. But the support doesn't give a clear answer, which is surprising.

You can also add you have discounts in your Title and the first line of your description.

I also can't find my "Create new custom promotion" button this morning @Ana41959 

I'm quite sure it was there after the update - it must've disappeared recently. 

There are some serious issues at the moment, making it very hard to control the calendar and pricing.

Thank you very much for the feedback. 🙏It seems like it's a general problem and they're updating something. The content in the old custom promotion has also changed.

I know I got wait 24 hours not sure what that will fix. haha  Latest I so nicely gave an undeserved 50% refund for a cancel oh we don't know why your established accounts an on hold and not meeting minimum.  No minimum your in good standing.  lol

My clients aren't using the new software, but there is something weird appearing on custom promotions? Looks like this?

No. It shows differently for everyone. For me, it only shows old promotions and the box for adding new ones has disappeared. For some, it says that it is impossible to make a promotion.

Mine new promotions button just disappeared  I can see an old promotion but can not make active again.
