Custom promotion is not working!!!

Hello. Please help me.

Yesterday, Custom promotion was suddenly disabled, even though I meet all the requirements for using it. I also asked my familiar hosts and it turned out that they also do not have access. It seems that this is a general problem and not my fault. I have not received a clear answer from the support so far.

Please let me know if this Custom promotion is blocked with you too? And what can I do? Without this discount, the rental literally does not work and if it does not turn on, I will be forced to close my listing.

Please help me if you have a similar experience.

This is yet another reason for Airbnb to add some sort of Host Bulletin Board to the Today landing page. Been asking for that for years. This would allow them to notify the entire platform all at once of bugs and/or platforms changes that affect the entire platform. No need for numerous calls to Airbnb CS and the wide variety of answers (that aren't correct) that Hosts receive when calling CS about these issues. It ties up Airbnb resources and Host time trying to track down if it is a system-wide issue, or if it's just their listing. Numerous examples of Hosts left in the dark due to lack of information sharing.

 

If numerous Hosts are reporting the same issue, or Airbnb is aware of a system wide change, please come up with a way to add this to the Today page so Hosts are informed:

A host on Reddit 16 hours ago posted a response from Airbnb.

 

“Airbnb is in the process of making some updates to the way custom promotions work…..”

I have just read that Airbnb are advising 24-72 hours turnaround on the changes

Working on my end. Just got the message from Airbnb and I checked. 

We had the similar issue yesterday. However as of this morning it is working as usual.

It started working for me this morning too.
