Custom promotion is not working!!!
Hello. Please help me.
Yesterday, Custom promotion was suddenly disabled, even though I meet all the requirements for using it. I also asked my familiar hosts and it turned out that they also do not have access. It seems that this is a general problem and not my fault. I have not received a clear answer from the support so far.
Please let me know if this Custom promotion is blocked with you too? And what can I do? Without this discount, the rental literally does not work and if it does not turn on, I will be forced to close my listing.
Please help me if you have a similar experience.

Thank you very much for responding. 🙏Since so many hosts are already writing and from different countries, it's probably a general problem. Hopefully, it will be resolved. We have to wait. There is no other way.😔

I'm just chatting with airbnb support, and they claim that with the new app update (apparently released a week ago) the "customs promotion" option is removed. Did anybody see any communication on this?

Not heard a word about Custom Promotions being deleted and there is nothing in the new release that said it will be. That said, functions come and go without Airbnb advising Hosts, so who knows?
If it has been removed, that is a very poor decision as Custom Promotions help lower prices and increase bookings; something Airbnb wants.
I can confirm that the Adding a Custom Promotion is "missing" on the calendar, even if you have not opted-in early to the release.

It has been deleted by me and also by hosts I know. It seems to have been deleted altogether. I have not received a clear answer from Support so far.😔

Same issue here: Custom Promotion button is missing. Just got off the phone and they stated that I didn't do anything wrong. Person was saying that it's an issue with the Property Management software...I think he didn't understand the issue completely. No was can any other software remove the "button" from the Airbnb site...
Tried to tell me that the PMS has blocked the dates - not true. Something about me not signing STR Agreement - not true.
Whoever posted the screenshot of the Custom Promotion button on this string - thank you! I sent them the screenshot and he is taking it to the technical support team.

I just so happened to have a screen shot saved of where Custom Promotions used to appear, as I used it for training my Host clients on how to use Custom Promotions.
