@Sandeep85   I beg to differ. 

My properties have value and are worth a particular price.  I don't play games with discounts, seasonal pricing or increasing prices for guest numbers, holidays or local events.  If you want to rent my property, the value is X.  As I am usually rented before other similar properties, the fact that I have a stable, consistent price appears to work.

IMO, changing prices usually brings out the bottom feeders who want further discounts, i.e., those who say, "Why is your price in September less than your price today".   You also get guests who book and then write "You rented to me for X and now you are advertising for X - Y.  I want the cheaper price".  Other hosts may think differently, but after 20 years in this business, consistent pricing is best for me.
