Hi, y’all I’m   fairly new. How do you determine good prices for downtown homes especially east of Fort Wayne  just blocks from botanical conservatory

@Santos123 search for similar properties as if you were a guest and see what they charge. Just be aware that the more expensive properties may not have rented as they are still available.

By doing your market research on what comparable listings in your area are charging  locally and running a profit and loss budget of your set up and ongoing costs and likely number of days you will be let to understand profitability  @Santos123
