Duvida | Doubt

I'd like to know why I'm not getting any inquiries about my listing. It's peak season on the coast, and other apps are returning, but this one isn't.

Hi @Luana371

It looks like your listing hasn’t been published yet. To complete the process and make your place visible to guests, make sure to upload a valid government-issued ID along with a clear selfie for verification. Once Airbnb confirms your identity, you’ll be able to publish your listing and start receiving bookings. If you’ve already uploaded them, just double-check your verification section to ensure everything is completed.

Hi Luana! 😊

I totally understand your frustration — when other platforms are getting bookings and Airbnb isn’t, it’s usually just a small tweak your listing needs. Here are a few things that often help:

• Check if your pricing is competitive

During high season at the coast, even a small price difference can push your listing down in the search results.

• Update your photos

Clear, well-lit photos make a huge impact. Airbnb also offers professional photography for a fee, and the cost is deducted from a future payout — this usually boosts visibility.

• Refresh your title and first photo

These two elements are what make guests click. Highlight proximity to the beach, great views, or anything unique.

• Turn on automatic discounts

Weekly or monthly discounts help Airbnb’s algorithm show your listing to more travelers.

• Make sure your calendar is fully open

Sometimes a blocked date or sync issue can completely stop search traffic.

Often it’s just a simple adjustment — don’t get discouraged! You’re in high season, so with a few optimizations, bookings usually start coming in again. 🌴

If you’d like, you can share your listing link and I can take a look and give more specific suggestions.

Oi Luana! 😊

Fotos claras e profissionais fazem muita diferença.

• Revise o título e a primeira foto
