Dynamic pricing

Anyone using dynamic pricing for their Airbnb ? Do you see increased bookings and earnings?

@Stanja0 my advice is to use a narrow band of min/max pricing. My experience suggested that the algorithm just went high when several months out and then dropped to the minimum as time for a booking ran out. If you are not careful then a high max price will lose you early bookings.
