EV charge station

Hi all, I'm at Bermuda Dunes , outside Palm Springs, question please 

Does anyone knows if spending money on EV charger worth the investment,  I have to change the electric panel as well, itl cost almos 8 k to do it,   thanks

 Not an expert though read a lot on the subject.  I'm not sure if you mean to have it at your rental for your guests? If that is the case it depends on how many guests you have that would utilize it. The cost is around $1000-2000 per unit. A charging station set up for public use can have around a 25-50% profit margin. The ROI can generally expect a profit margin of 25-50%.

It is a very individual case. I would not buy one for just my ABnB though I only have one rental unit and we do not own a EV vehicle. If I owned a complex of AirBnB's that were grouped together or even had one myself I would install one. 

Plus around 60% of renters would pay more to stay in a place that has a EV charging station. With that being siad it is gaining as much popularity of allowing guests to bring their pets.
