Encouraging 2 plus night stays

We host a one roomed apartment in Stratford on Avon, UK, 15 minutes walk from the RSC theatres. We get a lot of theatre goers doing one night stays. We would love to encourage longer stays to increase revenue. Wondering if a cleaning fee per stay is the way to go or should we consider a discount for nights 2+?

i would suggest doing the discount and see how it goes and you can also make it where they are only allowed to book 2 or more booking instead of 1 night only.

I have learned to work the system to best fit my needs. That’s why I like the platform I can change it as much as I want to want I like. I was not getting a lot of bookings in the weed days so I changed price for the week days and now am getting the bookings. I hope it goes well you will definitely see some results.
