I was helping a fellow guest, integrate her schlage app with Airbnb app, and automate messages. After going to the template in quick replies, I realized that the short code [entry code] is no longer available as it was when I set mine up. Went to my listing to confirm what short code I used for the guests entry code, and its now blank, but there is a faint blue dash in its place where it was. Thanks in advance!

If the Schlage lock is no longer listed, the integration may have been disconnected.
I suggest to re-Link the Schlage App. Go to the Schlage Home app, and confirm the Airbnb integration is still authorized.
If not, relink via:
Schlage Home app → Menu → Integrations → Connect with Airbnb
(You may also need to remove and re-add the integration.)

Thanks for asking! I contacted customer support from lock manufacturer, after an hour on the phone they determined my lock had a bad wifi antenna...or radio...I cant remember exactly. But they submitted a warranty claim and I'll be receiving a new lock. Will keep you posted after the install.
