It would seem that the answers would best be found with your local planning & zoning department, and the local business licensing department. Most municipalities and counties have regulations for public safety and impacts such as noise, parking, fire, evacuation, etc. Also affecting your decision would likely be your business insurance/liability insurance agent. I know that built an airbnb and event hall can be an advantage for guests. To allow guests for events, it is depending on the impact but outdoor venue does not affect guest. The best option is an event hall on the same residence for only airbnb guest with noise level or the time. It can help to celebrate some culture or other types of events. An event hall should be not on the same residence with an airbnb to an airbnb for outsider and guests. This may affect some conflict and interruption. The first one is their safety and provide them more opportunities. Not all events are allowed in airbnb. For a host, he must be advice his guest about events and the rules on it. Some of them must have a limit due the rules and regulations.
