Extended Stay Guest

Hi, I am a new host and have my first month-long stay. I am located in Washington State, and it is my RV Glamping unit that I offer on Airbnb. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1501545334377748675 

My question is this - should I ask the guest to sign any further waivers or short-term contracts or treat it just as any other stay? I am not terribly worried because it is not my home they are staying in, and I am onsite full time.
