Fake listing?

I’m going to Chicago and the rate was nice and it’s a new listing. The host has multiple listings with some realistic reviews. She needs me to send the IDs of all the guest to a phone number, this made me a little weary. Here’s the listing *

I just want to be sure I’m not getting scammed. On their Airbnb profile, it says the identity and phone number are verified.
