@Phil5605 Overall, your listing looks great. I don't get any sense of the outdoor space, though (or parking). You say "shared deck for relaxing, entertaining and grilling." But where, and shared with who?

You have unticked various Essentials such as Heating, which I think must be a mistake.

Hi @Phil5605

Congratulations on your new listing! I am not familiar with Marblehead, but I have visit Salem nearby and loved it. What are some of the other things you'll recommend to guests in the area?

In addition to Tara's suggestions, I'd like to invite a few other hosts to take a look and give you more feedback: @Oksana127 @Karen4131 @Doan39 @Joe771 @Jamie600 what do you think?

Have a lovely day everyone 😊

Hi @Phil5605 !
You’ve made a great start — your listing already feels clean, welcoming, and well cared for, which is the most important thing. A few tips that could make it even stronger:

Design & Photos:
The design looks good — simple, bright, and uncluttered. You might just add a few cozy touches: soft throw blankets, cushions in warm tones, a plant or two, maybe a small piece of local art to give it that “lived-in” charm. Good lighting and one strong cover photo with a “wow” factor (best angle, daylight, tidy setup) make a big difference.

📝 Listing & Description:
Make sure your first photo and title highlight what’s special about your place (location, style, vibe). Break your description into short, easy-to-read sections and mention little comforts like coffee setup, workspace, or outdoor seating.

💡 Overall:
Everything feels solid — you’re off to a great start! With just a bit more warmth and storytelling in the photos and text, guests will instantly feel the cozy, authentic vibe you’ve created.

Hi Phil,

welcome!! I love the listing. 🥰

a few things I would do if it was mine.

1. professional photos- sans dog. (even though he /she is adorable)

2. remove any personal belongings in the photos. For example the pair of shoes in the kitchen.

3. De-clutter the book shelf and window ledge.  Less is usually more. 💛

4. get a few throws and matching throw pillows with a neutral color and no pattern for the chairs and the bottom of the beds. I know everyone is different. So I hope nothing was offensive. I hope you get tons of bookings!

Kindest regards,

Jamie

Hi @Phil5605

I hope you are well 😃

As it has been a couple of weeks, I wanted to check in and see if any of the suggestions from Tara,  Oksana and Jamie caught your eye? It would be lovely to know if you decided to make any tweaks to your listings based on their input.

Have a nice day,

Emilie
