Hello @Pallavi-Reddy0 ,
Your listing looks very nice. I am sure guests will love it.
I would add some more colour, probably with cushions at the bed and sofa, also in the kitchen to stand out from the brown. Also I would recomend long courtains, they make any room look warmer and richer.
Thank you very much for reading my coment.
Best Regards
Susana.
not sure I fully understand the specific feedback you are asking ? 🙂
feedback regarding the description?the design?the fees?
Hi Pallavi, You have a wonderful place and in a great location! (Yes, I lived in Gachibowli for 7 years 🙂)
I have some feedback about your pictures:
1. Remove duplicate pictures.
2. Kitchen pictures with Blenders/mixie, seems a little cluttered. You can add them as additional photos at the end (maybe placed in the cupboards), along with other items like Glasses, plates, spoons, knives, bowls that make the guests feel they have everything to feel home)
3. Quality of pictures - Bright, taken from corners of the room rather than straight, that way you can capture the entire room rather than one view. (Checkout my listings in the US, through my profile)
4. The pictures should be arranged in the order of how you enter and move along. The guests before booking, want to get a feel of the whole walkthrough by looking at the pictures.
Wish you all the very best with your listing ❤️

Hi Pallavi,
Firstly I would like to congratulate you on being an AirBnB Superhost & hoping that you had an eventful 1 Year of Hosting on AirBnB. The Superhost Tag is truly a badge of honor & keeps us motivated in providing warm hospitality to all our Guests.
From my 8 years of experience as an AirBnB Host, I can assure you that you have taken a great decision on welcoming guests from all around the globe through AirBnB. When you host through AirBnB, you can be rest assured that they have always got your back in situations that are not ideal.
Coming on to your specific listing in particular, I see that you started hosting guests at this Listing, starting this January & the listing is already amongst Guest Fav. Many congratulations on that.
While your listing looks really warm & homely, I would have the following pointers to share (only as a constructive criticism) to maybe improve your Future Guest's Stay Experience:
1. The listing requires a minimum of 2 Night's Stay. Unless it is mandated by your society / local regulatory bodies, reducing it to 1 Night would increase the chances of increasing your booking nights & also offer you an opportunity to welcome even more guests at your Home.
2. As the Listing is a Private Space, you may plan on getting a few Floor Mattresses & thereby increasing the Maximum Guests allowed at your property, given that a Family with a couple of kids would unfortunately not be able to experience your warm hospitality. You may charge Extra for each guest beyond a set base number. That would also help you generate additional revenue.
3. In your Listing Description, the entire House Address is mentioned. I would advise against doing that as it acts against your Privacy & Safety. I would advise sending in the complete House Address to the Guests after they have made the reservation. To help the guests in deciding on your place during the course of their booking, you could share a nearby Landmark which gives them a broad idea of the location & surroundings. The Map on AirBnB site also shows the Guests your approx. location.
That being said, I really hope that you have an exciting journey with AirBnB in the Days, Months & Years to come.
Do let me know if you would want to maybe brainstorm on a particular issue as such.
Warm Regards

Thank you very much @Pravesh0 for the feedback
It got me thinking on some if the aspects of privacy
One of the reason why i have a minimum 2 day is bcos the guests try to book for a day and start negotiating for a early checkin and late check out trying to optimize their cost with freebies
Another aspect was the 1 day booking is mostly done by couples and it could be a culture aspect with too much of short traffic. It gets difficult to monitor who is coming in and out.
Let me know your thoughts
Regards
Pallavi
Hello @Pravesh0 ,
I found your coments very interesting altough I recomend to show the address in the description, so guests knows exactly where about is the house and cannot complaint later abut the location, before guests book, they can be sure it is in the right location for them.
Regards.

We get professional photographers to take all of our photos. The photos are critical to getting maximum appeal and bookings. Your photos could benefit from a pro taking them.
Thanks

Hello! Thanks for sharing your listing and asking for feedback. Most of my suggestions are related to design. Here are some things to make you stand apart aesthetically:
-Lower the clock and artwork - they are too high and should be eye level.
-You have too many fake plants. I would remove the standing (floor) ones.
-Provide maroon pillows, or a throw, on the couch to match the color on the curtains.
-I would swap the table and fridge. It seem distracting to watch TV if people are eating. Plus, by moving the fridge under the TV, you can hide the electrical.
-Add night stands in the bedroom. People need a place to put their reading glasses, books, etc.
-Add lamps.
-Add a long mirror.
It is not clear where the 2nd bed is. You should have a picture that shows the 2nd bed set up for sleeping. I would also suggest changing the title - and include words that may come up in a search.
I do love how you displayed the items in your kitchen cabinet and stacked them. They display nicely.
Good luck!
