Your home is beautiful and your reviews are looking great.

My one suggestion is about Guest count.  You do have 10 sleeping areas.  Also consider other areas, relaxing after an enjoyable day exploring, the living room does not offer seating for 10.

Having breakfast before heading out only 6 chairs.

If 2 showers that is 5 people per shower, using the 2nd in the master bedroom.

Your outside area is great, seating for the adults while children burn energy.

Also check off you do include Essentials.  That is the basics, linens and toilet paper.  Often missed.

You raised some great points about the guest count and the shared spaces. I'll definitely consider them as I continue improving the property. I also appreciate the reminder about the Essentials amenity; that's a helpful catch.

Hi @Shola24,

 I agree with @Marie8425, your home looks spotless and inviting.  I recommend a few extras in the bedrooms; its always nice to have a night table on each side of the bed if possible, people like a spot for a book, eyeglasses, and their phone while charging for the night.  A box of tissues is thoughtful too.  

BTW, Bathroom 1 mentioned conditioner but no shampoo, I'm sure its there and I would add it to the amenities list for BR1.

The backyard looked empty in the photo I saw, did I miss something?  Some outdoor seating would be great too.
