It'd be so appreciated if we could get feedback on our listing.  This is our first time doing Airbnb and we're eager to get some bookings!

Your listing looks lovely but if you are not available until June that will effect more nearer days you won't show.  When comparing tour pricing make sure your looking at June dates I would expect high season.

A suggestion since you accommodate a big group just maybe not but like the porch with 2 chairs for me highlights not group accommodating in that room. lol

The large but no seating deck and the sunroom from a Guest point of view that is basically 3 areas a group can't use.

Oh I forgot you have a kitchen not a kitchenette and kitchen is an Airbnb filter
